Ordinarily, sweat doesn’t smell; it’s the bacteria on the body that causes it to have a smell. But do you know that there are certain foods you eat that could make you smell?

You may notice that after consuming asparagus, your urine might have an unpleasant odour. This odour is thought to be derived from the digestion of a sulphur compound, mercaptan. This compound breaks down into smelly chemical components.
Minus the other health risks that come with red meat consumption, excessive red meat intake could also give an unpleasant odour. Red meat is difficult to digest in the G.I tract, and this would leave residue behind that would cause an unpleasant smell when released through sweat which would in turn mix with the bacteria on your skin.
